Overview
European Olympic Qualification - Men is a tournament, whose winner gains the single continental quota for the men’s Volleyball event at the Summer Olympic Games, available to the CEV. Eligibility to play in the tournament is based on the CEV European Ranking for teams that have not yet qualified for the Olympics via other means. The European Olympic Qualification was introduced in 1996 on the road to the Atlanta Games. Before that, the continental quota were granted at the European Championships.
